How can I make a reservation?

All reservations can be made through our online booking platform, Resy, over the phone, via email or in person.

What can I expect when dining at Fairbanks?

We are an ambitious dining experience, featuring an ever-changing menu of regional ingredients. We offer two distinct dining experiences, an a la carte menu focusing on the seasonal offerings and terroir of the Northeast and “The Chef’s Counter at Fairbanks” a multi-course tasting menu with optional beverage pairings.

How do you get to the restaurant?

Fairbanks is located on the first floor of the historically redeveloped Frontier House at 460 Center Street in Lewiston, NY.  Designated guest parking will be indicated in our lot, while on street parking remains available for all guests.

How can I purchase a Gift Certificate? 

We offer gift certificates online and gift cards that can be purchased at Fairbanks or our sister restaurant Billy Club in downtown Buffalo, NY.  Giftcards are only redeemable at their designated restaurant.

When do new bookings become available?

Reservations are released 30 days in advance via Resy with special event announcements via our newsletter, please subscribe for updates.

Is the space accessible?

Yes, our restaurant is barrier free and fully accessible.  Should you require accommodation please let us know in advance or upon your arrival so we can ensure the most seamless experience possible. 

Can children dine at the restaurant?

Absolutely, our restaurant is suitable for people of all ages.  Please be advised that if dining at The Chef’s Counter, guests are encouraged to experience the menu in its entirety and seats are extremely limited.  

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Dining Room: Dietary preferences and allergies can be accommodated, please include these details when booking your reservation or to your server upon arrival.

Chef's Counter: Dietary preferences and allergies can be accommodated with advance notice.  Due to the seasonality and structure of the menu if not advised in advance we may be unable to accommodate.

Can we explore the property? 

A friendly reminder that our property is a historic landmark and also houses short and long term tenants above our restaurant space.  Please be mindful of the restricted parking areas, machinery by the black lot and any personal effects. If you’d like to wander on the property please request access from our staff inside the restaurant first, or along with your reservation. 

Are there accommodations available nearby?

Short term rentals are located right inside the Frontier House on Floors Two through Four.  There are several other accommodations all within a very close distance.
